READING, Pa. – Due to the weekend winter forecast, the Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority (BARTA) will not operate fixed-route bus service on Sunday, January 25.
BARTA Special Services shared-ride service will only operate medically necessary and essential worker trips.
All services for both fixed-route bus service and non-essential shared ride service will be suspended for the entire day.
BARTA officials say they will determine on Sunday afternoon if service will operate Monday.
