West Scranton sweeps meets against Dunmore – Scranton Times-Tribune

Isabella Stanton and Elle Brewster each won two individual events and were part of two winning relays to lead West Scranton to a 91-44 win over Dunmore in a Lackawanna League girls swim meet at Scranton High School on Friday afternoon.

Stanton won the 200-yard individual medley and the 100 breaststroke, while Elle Brewster won the 500 free and diving.

Carmella Vidota (200 free) and Adrianna Wyman-McDonnell (100 fly) had individual wins and contributed to wins in relays for the Lady Invaders.

Sascha Novak (50 free), Meredith Baker (100 free), and Paige Ancherani (100 back) had wins for Dunmore.

Boys swimming

Roy Ayala set a school record in the 100 free with a time of 50.74 seconds. He also won the 100 back and was part of a winning relay to lead West Scranton to a 134-27 win over Dunmore in a Lackawanna League boys meet.

Roman Camarillo added wins in the 100 fly and the 500 free, Benjamin Tirva won the 200 IM, Michael Davis took first in diving, and Jordan Ayala won the 100 breaststroke for the Invaders.

Ian Rafalko earned a win in the 200 free and Will Healey won the 50 free for Dunmore.
