ALLENTOWN, Pa. – An 18-year-old man and three teenagers are facing felony charges following a December vandalism spree that caused roughly $45,000 in damage to the Lights in the Parkway holiday display.
Daniel Weaver, 18, of Lower Macungie, has been charged with third-degree felony counts of criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy, according to Allentown police.Â
Three 17-year-old males, two from Salisbury Township and one from Lower Macungie, have also been charged with criminal mischief and criminal conspiracy, police said.
The Allentown Police Department announced the arrests Friday following an investigation into the destruction that occurred between the evening of Dec. 13 and the morning of Dec. 14, 2025.
The investigation consisted of interviews and evidence review that revealed the vandalism was committed by four people working together.Â
Investigators say multiple light fixtures, a portable toilet, and other equipment within Lehigh Parkway were extensively damaged.
