The expected snowstorm Sunday is leading to numerous cancellations across the Lehigh Valley.

Dangerous travel conditions are expected, with the region set to get at least a foot of snow, according to forecasters.

LANTA, the Lehigh Valley’s mass transit agency, is cancelling all services Sunday. LANTA will continue to monitor the situation and will provide an update regarding Monday service as more information becomes available.

Allentown Diocese is encouraging church-goers to attend Saturday night vigil Mass if they are able to do so, as travel may become difficult Sunday. The Diocese reminds the faithful that they are not required to attend Mass if they are unable to attend due to illness, dangerous travel conditions, or other serious reasons. Individual parishes will communicate any local announcements regarding schedule changes, cancellations, or delays related to Masses and other parish activities.

Blue Mountain Resort is closed Sunday. The ski resort will reopen Monday at noon, with parking lots opening at 11 a.m.

Fine Wine & Good Spirits, Pennsylvania’s state-owned liquor stores, are all closed statewide Sunday.

Jewish Community Center of the Lehigh Valley closed Sunday.

Weis Markets is closing all its stores Sunday. Stores are planned to reopen at 8 a.m. Monday.

Upper Saucon Township Board of Supervisors regular meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday has been cancelled.

The Winter Thaw Music Festival presentation of the Big Beat Big Band scheduled for Sunday will be held 2 p.m. Feb. 1 at  Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center on the campus of Centenary University at 715 Grand Avenue, Hackettstown, NJ. centenerystageco.org.

The Magic of Rob Lake show scheduled for Sunday at the F.M. Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre has been rescheduled to March 7. kirbycenter.org.
