(WTAJ) — With a massive winter storm moving across Pennsylvania, Governor Josh Shapiro has already declared a state emergency, which will affect the Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced that any FW&GS store that is normally open on Sundays will be closed.
