Insomnia Cookies of Philadelphia is debuting limited Valentine’s Day reservations, temporarily turning its late-night bakeries in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, into sit-down date spots. Couples can reserve a table on Thursday, Feb. 12, or Friday, Feb. 13, with time slots available between 8 p.m. and midnight.

“As the late-night bakery known for delivering warm, delicious cookies, Insomnia is excited to introduce our in-store Valentine’s Day reservations in honor of one of the most indulgent times of the year,” CEO and founder Seth Berkowitz said in a statement shared with the Daily Voice of Drexel Hill-Upper Darby. “We look forward to sharing our love for warm cookies with our Insomniacs to continue creating meaningful connections with consumers rooted in insatiable cravings.”

According to Insomnia’s website, this first-ever dine-in experience is available exclusively to rewards members and is now open for booking. Each reservation includes a $30 pre-fixe menu built for two, featuring a six-pack of cookies, two bottles of milk, and three dipping sauces: milk chocolate, white chocolate, and caramel.

In addition to the dine-in experience at the bakery, Insomnia Cookies will also roll out Valentine’s Day-inspired cookies nationwide beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 27. The romantic menu additions include Red Velvet Classic, Red Velvet Cookies ‘N Cream Brookie, and Chocolate Covered Strawberry Classic.

The three dipping sauces will be unveiled on Monday, Feb. 9. Two more treats, Red Velvet Cheesecake Classic and Ghirardelli Chocolate Lava Cake Classic, are also set to launch at select bakeries on Friday, Feb. 13, while supplies last, according to a company news release.
