Shoppers can look forward to a variety of menus in one restaurant when it opens at Promenade Saucon Valley.
Wonder will open this summer next to ELITE Salons & Suites, the Upper Saucon Township shopping center announced in a news release, where it will offer dine-in, pickup and delivery.
“Unlike traditional food halls or delivery services, Wonder owns and operates every step of the process, from sourcing high-quality ingredients and managing kitchen operations to preparing, serving, and delivering meals,” the release said. “This vertically integrated model enables multiple restaurant menus to be prepared under one roof and delivered together as a single, seamless order. Founded by serial entrepreneur Marc Lore, Wonder is redefining mealtime by making exceptional food more accessible through its pioneering ‘Fast Fine’ dining concept.”
Promenade Marketing Manager Madeleine Convery told The Morning Call that Wonder plans to offer over 20 restaurant brands, though the Promenade doesn’t yet have the full list of brands or operating hours.
Promenade General Manager Patrick Turner said in the release, “Wonder will be an exciting and highly anticipated addition to our growing roster of restaurants and eateries. It offers the convenience and variety our guests have been asking for, whether they’re grabbing a quick lunch, enjoying dinner with family, or ordering for the office.”
Wonder previously opened its first Pennsylvania location in 2024 at the Walmart at 195 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township. The Promenade location for Wonder will replace Smartivities Showcase, which will reopen in mid-February next to L.L.Bean.
In other Promenade news, Convery said that Sephora and Norman’s Hallmark will open in early April. Other recent openings include Barley Creek Taproom Saucon, Sunglass Hut and Color Me Mine.
