The Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees held its annual Christmas luncheon in December at Colarusso’s Restaurant, Dickson City. Guest speaker was Bill Dunn, PARSE executive vice present. Attendees donated toys to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program.
