ALLENTOWN, Pa. – The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Forensic Center has, once again, received a national honor status.

It’s been recognized by the National Association of Medical Examiners for continued accreditation.

Back in 2024, the office became the first in Pennsylvania to achieve accreditation through the association.

The group says the status signifies that the office has attained the highest quality death investigation system.
