The Erie County Gaming Revenue Authority awarded a $100,000 multi-municipal grant to Emergycare for a new ambulance in their fleet on Thursday.<\/p>\n
Emergycare has been facing resource challenges for over a decade, and ECGRA directed funding to where the community needed it most.<\/p>\n
New wetland exhibit will soon debut at TREC <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cWe\u2019re really happy to help Dave Baskak and his team out in getting this new piece of equipment out on the streets to help solve some of that EMS crisis that we hear about all the time,\u201d said Perry Wood, Executive Director of ECGRA.<\/p>\n ECGRA also announced a report highlighting nearly $5 million in contributions to emergency medical services.<\/p>\n The grant was expected to not only benefit Emergycare but also the broader community.<\/p>\n Blood bank gifted new van to kick of Erie Auto Show <\/a><\/p>\n \u201cNext to the crew, it\u2019s also protecting the patient as well.
