SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) \u2014 A Scranton man wanted on felony charges is back in custody following a joint operation involving local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.<\/p>\n
Police say Joshua Kells Feliciano, 36, was taken into custody on Jan. 20 after investigators located him as part of an ongoing fugitive investigation. The operation involved the Scranton Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force, and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.<\/p>\n
Authorities said Feliciano had been considered a fugitive since November 2025, after fleeing from officers who were executing a search warrant at his residence. During that earlier search, investigators recovered drugs and firearms.<\/p>\n
When officers moved in to arrest him this week, police said Feliciano attempted to run but was quickly apprehended after trying to jump over a parked vehicle.<\/p>\n
He was transported to the Lackawanna County Justice Center, where he was arraigned on the original felony warrant and additional charges related to fleeing from law enforcement. Feliciano remains incarcerated at the Lackawanna County Prison as he awaits a preliminary hearing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO.
