PITTSBURGH \u2014 A Pittsburgh man has been sentenced to life in prison for the murder of a teen outside a Strip District bar.<\/p>\n
PREVIOUS COVERAGE >>>18-year-old North Hills High School grad dies after shooting outside Strip District bar<\/a><\/p>\n Howard Hawkins, 50, of Brighton Heights, was handed his sentence on Thursday. <\/p>\n Hawkins was convicted of first-degree murder<\/a> in November in the shooting death of 18-year-old Ahmir Tuli.<\/p>\n Prosecutors say Hawkins was escorted out of Preeti\u2019s Pitt after getting in a fight.
