In January, GoErie.com<\/a> featured photo galleries of selected Erie County homes for sale with unique features. Erie County home sales prices<\/a> reported by Realtor.com<\/a>\u00a0show the median home sold for $217,600 in October, the most recent month for which figures are available.<\/p>\n

4106 Cherry St.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom house at 4106 Cherry St.<\/a> was built in 1897 and has 2,692 square feet, 1.5 baths, multiple fireplaces and hardwoods. The historic home includes modern updates and a two-car garage in the Glenwood neighborhood. The house sits on a 0.32-acre lot and was listed for sale for $310,000<\/a> in early January but is now off the market.<\/p>\n

603\u00a0Kahkwa\u00a0Blvd.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom, two-bath home at 603 Kahkwa Blvd. <\/a>is 1,925 square feet and was built in 1928. The Frontier neighborhood property has a stone fireplace, old-world woodwork throughout and French doors leading to a sunroom. The property was listed as a pending sale for $264,900<\/a> in late January.<\/p>\n

461 W. Seventh St.<\/p>\n

The four-bedroom house at 461 W. Seventh St.<\/a> sits on Millionaires’ Row in Erie. The historic home was built in 1857 but includes updated appliances, hardwood flooring, new roof and gutters, and a private balcony. It also includes a chef’s kitchen, a double staircase and five fireplaces. The house is listed for sale for $299,900<\/a>.<\/p>\n
