READING, Pa. – The City of Reading announced today that snow removal operations continue, with Public Works crews working extended hours to clear priority corridors, Snow Emergency routes, and neighborhood streets.<\/p>\n
Public Works crews are actively clearing snow in the following areas:<\/p>\n
200 block of N. 5th Street<\/p>\n
1100 block of Perkiomen Avenue<\/p>\n
300 block of Spring Street<\/p>\n
400 block of Centre Avenue<\/p>\n
800 block of Walnut Street<\/p>\n
Additionally, the following streets will be posted \u201cNo Parking\u201d for snow removal operations tomorrow, February 3:<\/p>\n
N. 13th Street \u2013 1000 through 1900 blocks<\/p>\n
N. 5th Street \u2013 200 through 1400 blocks<\/p>\n
Spring Street \u2013 400 through 1200 blocks<\/p>\n
Centre Avenue \u2013 400 through 900 blocks<\/p>\n
Residents are strongly encouraged to remove vehicles from posted streets during scheduled snow removal operations as vehicles left in posted \u201cNo Parking\u201d zones may be ticketed or towed.<\/p>\n
