Much of the Northeast is dealing with a deep freeze, with single-digit temperatures all too normal. Add in a significant winter snowfall and what\u2019s left is a crusty mix of snow, ice and, oftentimes, headaches. While the region is getting a brief reprieve with some comparatively warmer temperatures early this week, it\u2019s not going to last long. Winter takes another swipe with temperatures again dropping into the single digits later this week, according to AccuWeather. On Friday the low temperature is expected to be near 3 degrees, and over the weekend the high will struggle to climb out of the low teens.<\/p>\n
