\t\t\tOBITUARY\t\t<\/p>\n
Eunice M. Smith, 94, of Cumru Township, passed January 28th in Mifflin Center.<\/p>\n
She was the widow of Carson M. Smith.<\/p>\n
Born in Reading, PA she was the daughter of Ralph and Iva A. (Gaul) Hacker.<\/p>\n
She was a graduate of Shillington High School and later Reading Vo-Tech obtaining her licensed practical nursing certificate.<\/p>\n
She last worked for Manorcare Nursing Home in Sinking Spring.<\/p>\n
Eunice was a member of Christ Yocom\u2019s Lutheran Church where she served on the church council and was a longtime member of the choir.<\/p>\n
She is survived by her children, Cheryl, wife of Lenny Hudzik, Susan, wife of Bill Whary and Kerry Smith, husband of Lynetta Smith. In addition, 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.<\/p>\n
Funeral services will be held Friday, Feb. 6th at 11 AM in Christ Yocom\u2019s Lutheran Church. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Christ Yocom\u2019s Cemetery.<\/p>\n
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church.<\/p>\n
