MECHANICSBURG, PA \u2014 LeadingAge PA<\/a> has announced its 2026 workforce development grants, awarding funding to nine member communities across Pennsylvania to strengthen career pathways and promote leadership within the aging services sector.<\/p>\n Eight organizations will each receive $6,000 to support paid internships designed for students pursuing careers in senior living and care.
