ARRO Consulting Inc., a provider of engineering, environmental and consulting services, has acquired Emmaus-based Ott Consulting Inc.<\/p>\n
The acquisition, which took effect Jan. 13, strengthens ARRO\u2019s presence in eastern Pennsylvania and expands its multidisciplinary service offerings for municipal and private sector clients, the company said in a press release.<\/p>\n
Ott Consulting provides civil engineering, site development, surveying and landscape architecture services.<\/p>\n
According to Lititz-based ARRO\u2019s CEO Ihsan Al-Fayyomi, Ott has a strong reputation and rich talent.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey bring additional services that include surveying and land development that complement many of the other services ARRO provides, such as municipal engineering,\u201dAl-Fayyomi said in an emailed response to questions.<\/p>\n
The acquisition of Ott enhances ARRO\u2019s ability to better serve public and private clients with a broader range of engineering and design services across the region, the company said.<\/p>\n
The addition of Ott Consulting expands ARRO\u2019s footprint to 12 offices across Pennsylvania and Maryland. Among its Pennsylvania offices are locations in Birdsboro, Berks County; Uwchlan and South Coventry townships in Chester County; and Upper Merion Township in Montgomery Township.<\/p>\n
Al-Fayyomi said ARRO has approximately 220 employees with the addition of Ott\u2019s staff.<\/p>\n
