ALLENTOWN, Pa. – At\u00a0The Crust Pizzeria And Restaurant in Allentown, owner Jerry Coppola is staying busy ahead of Super Bowl Sunday.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“I have already about 68 (orders) for pizzas and then wings, I don’t even know. That’s a whole other ball game,” said Coppola.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Stacks of orders for the Big Game are already lining the counter.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“Once you start getting to that 3:00 hour, it’s rough. It gets a little difficult,” he said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Fortunately, Coppola tells us, orders have been coming in earlier than usual.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“We do all kinds of pizza, sandwiches, salads, dinners, full entree menu, catering, some grab and go options,” Coppola said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
And the pick-ups start early.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“We’re just trying to move one at a time,” he said. “The best thing I can say is have patience. We’re here for everybody and that’s what we want to do.
