Constituents continued to show up to speak about justice for Marchello Woodard, as it has been nearly four months since the shooting with no indictments or name released. Constituent Carla Arnone suggested a town hall and resources for trauma-informed therapy for the community. &#8220;It&#8217;s too easy to feel invisible when you&#8217;re a victim of a trauma,&#8221; Arnone said. The meeting moved on to discuss the following ordinances:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nAn ordinance Amending Ordinance Number 26-1958, the Traffic Code of the City of Erie by the installation of stop signs at the following locations passed unanimously.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\n Lakeside Dr. &amp; Eagle Point Blvd. \u2013 stopping Eagle Point Boulevard&#13;<br \/>\n Lakeside Dr &amp; Euclid Ave. \u2013 stopping Euclid Avenue\u00a0&#13;<br \/>\n Lakeside Dr &amp; Sanford Pl \u2013 stopping Sanford Place\u00a0&#13;<br \/>\n East 8th Street &amp; Bacon St \u2013 stopping East 8th Street\u00a0&#13;<br \/>\n E 8th St &amp; Marne Rd \u2013 stopping East 8th Street\u00a0&#13;<\/p>\n<p>&#13;<br \/>\nAn ordinance appropriating $8,000 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania acting through the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission from the FFY2023 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pa.gov\/agencies\/phmc\/historic-preservation\/clg-program\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Certified Local Government Grant<\/a> passed unanimously.&#13;<br \/>\nAn ordinance appropriating $300,000 of donated revenue to provide for the Kahkwa Boulevard Bridge Replacement Project.
