Zoning Hearing Board planned to hear the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimes-tribune.com\/2026\/02\/10\/waverly-twp-zoning-officials-to-hear-jewish-discovery-center-permit-appeal\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">appeal filed<\/a> by Terrence and Margaret Neville on Monday at 5 p.m. but the appellants asked that it be postponed, according to a legal notice in Thursday\u2019s Times-Tribune.<\/p>\n<p>Officials have not set a date and time for the new hearing.<\/p>\n<p>The Nevilles appealed the permit issued to the center for its property off Miller Road, which allowed plans to build the 12 cabins to move forward.\n<\/p>\n<p>The 865-square-foot cabins will be built behind a synagogue and home with access via gravel drives and walkways. Each will accommodate up to six people, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a living room.
