It\u2019s a case that has sparked widespread outrage due to the circumstances surrounding the puppy\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>Police charged Scott Bayle, 23, and Tori Jackna, 26, shortly after a severely injured husky was brought to the Erie Police Department last month.
