Smith Jr. took the stage at Da Vinci Science Center, 815 Hamilton St.<\/p>\n<p>Tiburcio and Smith are on the ballot in a Feb. 24 special election to fill the unexpired term of former state Rep. Joshua Siegel, who now is Lehigh County executive.<\/p>\n<p>The forum was moderated by reporters Tom Shortell and Jason Addy of <a class=\"Link\" href=\"http:\/\/lehighvalleynews.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">LehighValleyNews.com<\/a>.
