BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA \u2014 A man is in custody after seeking sex with what he believed was a 14-year-old girl, police said.<\/p>\n
Ryan Fisher, 25, Womelsdorf, was charged with unlawful contact with a minor and dissemination of explicit material to minors, the Bensalem Township Police Department said. <\/p>\n
Bensalem Police said that Fisher began a conversation on a dating\/social media app with what he believed to be a 14-year-old girl on April 30.<\/p>\n
Fisher asked the juvenile if she was okay with him being 25 years old, and when she said yes, and then he moved the conversation in a sexual direction, police said.<\/p>\n
Bensalem Police said Fisher gave explicit details of the sexual acts he wanted to perform on the 14-year-old, including sexual intercourse.<\/p>\n
He also sent her a photograph of his genitalia during the conversations before he stopped messaging with the juvenile, police said.<\/p>\n
Fisher turned himself in to Bensalem Police on an active warrant on Thursday.<\/p>\n
