PITTSBURGH \u2014 A 6-year-old Girl Scout from Pittsburgh has sold a record-setting 75,000 boxes of cookies across all 50 states.<\/p>\n
\u201cBeing able to help and empower her is incredible,\u201d her father, Luke Anorak-Neill, said.<\/p>\n
Pim Neill reached the milestone during this year\u2019s cookie season, drawing national attention as videos promoting her sales circulated online, reaching millions of viewers.<\/p>\n
Her family says social media helped turn a traditional fundraiser into a viral movement.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe\u2019re building a movement, and it\u2019s so cool. We\u2019re moving girls into 2026,\u201d Anorak-Neill said. \u201cI was like, \u2018Oh, a million people have seen this. This is crazy.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania officials say Pim\u2019s achievement is unprecedented.<\/p>\n
\u201cFor us, this has never happened,\u201d Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania\u2019s Mina Beach said. \u201cSo this is very exciting that we get to bring girls into Western Pennsylvania.\u201d<\/p>\n
After surpassing 75,000 boxes sold, Pim already has her sights set on a new goal: 100,000 boxes.<\/p>\n
Her accomplishment has become a source of pride for both the organization and her family.<\/p>\n
