PHILADELPHIA \u2014 The University of Pennsylvania men’s and women’s squash teams took down Harvard on Valentine’s Day at the Penn Squash Center, 6-3.

\nThe men’s team recorded their fourth win in a row, now tied for first place in the Ivy League standings with a 4-1 conference record.

\nOmar Hafez<\/a> and Salman Khalil<\/a> swept their opponents in the first and second positions.
\n\u00a0
\nMarwan Abdelsalam<\/a> and Alex Dartnell<\/a> secured 3-1 victories in the third and fourth spots.

\nZane Patel<\/a>, Rehan Luthra<\/a> and Varun Chitturi<\/a> rounded out the last three wins for the Quakers as the team clinched a spot in the Ivy League Tournament.

\nThe women’s team bounced back after last week’s loss to Princeton and won their twelfth match of the season.

\nMalak Khafagy<\/a> swept Harvard’s Caroline Fouts in the first position, earning her 10th win of the season.

\nSohaila Ismail<\/a> and Allie Stoddard<\/a> secured wins in the fourth and fifth positions.

\nHailey Wong<\/a>, Ashna Tumuluri<\/a> and Savannah Ingledew<\/a> capped off the 6-3 win for the Red and Blue as the women now sit in second place in the Ivy League standings.
