BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The date for this year\u2019s Parade of Shamrocks in Bethlehem has been set.<\/p>\n
Celtic Cultural Alliance said Tuesday the 16th Annual Parade of Shamrocks is set to step off on Saturday, March 14 at 1 p.m. in the streets of Historic Downtown Bethlehem.<\/p>\n
The parade will feature pipe bands, marching bands, Irish dancers, and local cultural and community organizations, according to a news release from the Celtic Cultural Alliance.<\/p>\n
The Celtic Cultural Alliance in partnership with The City of Bethlehem will present the parade live.<\/p>\n
Participant registration is open and all are welcome, the organization says.<\/p>\n
The alliance says community organizations, Girl & Boy Scout Troops, school teams & clubs, dance schools and local businesses are encouraged to join the shenanigans.<\/p>\n
Participants are encouraged to hand out information, and every group will be recognized on the Astound Broadband television broadcast, according to the news release.<\/p>\n
