The towers are located in the southwestern United States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">ATN (NASDAQ:ATNI), based in Beverly, Massachusetts, announced the deal, an all-cash transaction expected to close by mid-year, and plans to use the proceeds to pay down debt, invest in its existing operations and advance select growth opportunities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"default__StyledText-sc-tl066j-0 gJuxXh body-paragraph\">Everest, based at Nova Place on Pittsburgh\u2019s North Side, was founded in 2015.
