after being shot in January 2024.<\/a><\/p>\nTwo men involved in the shooting, Jeremiah Cleveland, 21, and Aiden Deininger, 22, were arrested and charged.<\/p>\n
Aiden Deininger pled guilty to the following charges:<\/p>\n
Three counts of criminal attempt to murder a law enforcement officer<\/p>\n
Three counts of aggravated assault \u2013 attempts to cause serious bodily injury or causes injury with extreme indifference<\/p>\n
Three counts of aggravated assault \u2013 attempts to cause bodily injury to designated individuals<\/p>\n
Three counts of criminal attempted murder<\/p>\n
Three counts of assault of a law enforcement officer \u2013 firearm discharged<\/p>\n
Carrying a firearm without a license<\/p>\n
Discharging a firearm into an occupied structure<\/p>\n
Two counts of criminal use of a communication facility<\/p>\n
Four counts of recklessly endangering another person<\/p>\n
Theft from a motor vehicle<\/p>\n
Three counts of receiving stolen property<\/p>\n
Possession of an unauthorized access device<\/p>\n
Deininger has been sentenced to 300 months (25 years) to 1000 months (83+ years) in a state correctional facility, plus 8 years probation.<\/p>\n
Jeremiah Cleveland pled guilty to the following charges:<\/p>\n
Criminal solicitation \u2013 aggravated assault \u2013 attempts to cause SBI or causes injury with extreme indifference<\/p>\n
Criminal conspiracy aiding \u2013 Discharge of a Firearm into an occupied structure<\/p>\n
Firearms not to be carried w\/o license<\/p>\n
Criminal use of a communication facility<\/p>\n
Recklessly endangering another person<\/p>\n
Cleveland has been sentenced to 240 months (20 years) minimum to 516 months (43 years) maximum in a state correctional facility.<\/p>\n
