Thousands of construction workers will be needed for the project, which will cost more than $1 billion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">The healthcare giant already has a large presence in Pennsylvania, but the state has committed $14 million in tax credits and $27.5 million in grants to secure the facility\u2019s construction. The state is also promising faster permitting and siting to reduce red tape.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">\u201cI want to thank you for betting on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
