PROVIDENCE, R.I. \u2013 The University of Pennsylvania women’s swimming and diving team opened at the Ivy League Championships Wednesday night in Providence, Rhode Island.<\/p>\n

In the only two events of the night, Penn placed fourth in both the 200 medley relay and 800 freestyle relay. The Quakers clocked times of 1:38.42 in the 200 medley and 7:09.04 in the 800 freestyle, with both of these scores representing program records.<\/p>\n

The previous records of 1:39.00 and 7:09.66 where obtained in 2025, with the 200 medley time coming at the Big Al and the 800 freestyle time coming at the 2025 Ivy Championships.<\/p>\n

The 200 medley team consisted of Amy Qin<\/a>, Kate Handley<\/a>, Brianna Cong<\/a>, and Amber Smith<\/a>, while the 800 freestyle was made up of Kayla Fu<\/a>, Anna Moehn<\/a>, Jenna Jacobs<\/a>, and Katya Eruslanova<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Red and Blue are back in action tomorrow with the beginning of the individual events.<\/p>\n
