Kendrick Ortiz chipped in 15 and Yo-Yo Moran added 13 for Hazleton Area, who will travel to top seed Wilkes-Barre Area in Saturday\u2019s semifinal round.<\/p>\n<p>Tony Battaglia led Scranton with 16 points.<\/p>\n<p>Blue Ridge 52, Wyoming Seminary 43<\/p>\n<p>The Blue Knights fell behind in the first half and couldn\u2019t catch up to Blue Ridge in the Class 2A quarterfinals.<\/p>\n<p>RJ Gernhardt paced Seminary with 17 points, while Cash Hanson-Richart added 14 points.<\/p>\n<p>Paxton Pingarelli was the leading scorer for Blue Ridge with 19 points. The Raiders will take on top-seeded Old Forge in the semifinals.<\/p>\n<p>Holy Cross 53, Holy Redeemer 42<\/p>\n<p>Holy Cross was able to pull away in the final quarter to eliminate Redeemer in the Class 3A quarterfinals.<\/p>\n<p>Kyaire McLean had 11 points and Kaden Sepkoski added 10 for the Royals in defeat.<\/p>\n<p>CJ Thompson led all scorers with 20 points for Holy Cross. The Crusaders will travel to top-seeded Riverside on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Williamsport 68, Wyoming Valley West 52<\/p>\n<p>The Spartans hung tough in the first half but eventually faded in a Class 6A quarterfinal game.<\/p>\n<p>AJ Hickson had 21 points to lead Valley West. Zach Mondesir added 10 for the Spartans.<\/p>\n<p>Tevin Williams dropped 26 points to lead Williamsport, who will host Delaware Valley in the semifinals on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>GIRLS BASKETBALL<\/p>\n<p>Nanticoke Area 51, Tunkhannock 13<\/p>\n<p>Kate Reed led the way with 14 points as Nanticoke Area punched their ticket to the Class 4A semifinals.<\/p>\n<p>Natalee Atkins added 11 points for the Trojanettes, who will play Valley View in the semis on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Makenzie Gregory was the top scorer for Tunkhannock with seven points.<\/p>\n<p>Scranton Prep 61, Hanover Area 15<\/p>\n<p>Hanover Area\u2019s season came to an end at the hands of top-seeded Scranton Prep in the Class 4A quarterfinals.<\/p>\n<p>Symone Mims had 11 points to lead the Hawkeyes.<\/p>\n<p>Chloe Mamera led the Classics with 22 points. Scranton Prep will host Honesdale in the semifinals on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Honesdale 61, Wyoming Area 31<\/p>\n<p>The Hornets took care of business against Wyoming Area in the Class 4A quarterfinals, eliminating the Warriors.<\/p>\n<p>Jailyn Park had 16 points to lead Wyoming Area.<\/p>\n<p>Honesdale will head to Scranton Prep in the semifinal round.<\/p>\n<p>North Pocono 47, Berwick 13<\/p>\n<p>The Bulldogs\u2019 offense was bottled up by North Pocono in the Class 5A quarterfinals.<\/p>\n<p>Julia Biko led North Pocono with 13 points. The Trojans will travel to Dallas in the semifinals on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Ashlyn Zakrewsky had five points for Berwick.<\/p>\n<p>H.S.
