Dave Portnoy came to visit, and we were so excited, and about a week or two weeks later, it all came to an end,” said owner and manager Wesley Harris. The fire burned only a portion of the restaurant, but the owners quickly realized they had to completely rebuild.”But from the water and the excess smoke, and once all the repairs were started, we found problems that had to be fixed,” Harris said.Challenges and setbacks prolonged the reopening.”The oven came straight from Italy, so we waited for that.
