BETHLEHEM, Pa. \u2013 A hot spot for lagers, IPAs and other craft beer will soon have a new neighbor dishing out freshly prepared burgers, steak sandwiches and other freshly prepared eats in Northampton County.<\/p>\n
A new fast-casual restaurant is coming soon to 325 Broadway in south Bethlehem, adjacent to Seven Sirens Brewing Company.<\/p>\n
Jordan Serulneck, co-owner of Seven Sirens, told 69 News that the brewery has partnered with a local restaurateur to renovate the former Metro by T-Mobile location next door to the brewery.<\/p>\n

The restaurant\u2019s menu is still being finalized, but individuals can expect elevated pub fare, including premium burgers, cheesesteaks, wings, rice platters, French fries, onion rings and more, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
International influences also will be incorporated into the menu.<\/p>\n
An exact opening date has not yet been determined, but the eatery is expected to open sometime this spring, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
The new restaurant will be owned and operated by an established Lehigh Valley restaurateur, and additional details \u2013 including the restaurant\u2019s name and owner \u2013 will be announced in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe operator is very optimistic and has a target timeline of 45-60 days to open,\u201d Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
\u201cEverything is in place and where it should be. The lease is signed, all of the permits are done, all of the work is lined up and all of the financing is secured. Now, it\u2019s just time to execute, and we\u2019re super excited!\u201d<\/p>\n

The new restaurant will cater primarily to takeout customers and Seven Sirens guests, but it also will have seating of its own for around 10 guests, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
The soon-to-be-renovated space will feature new flooring, lighting, counters and more.<\/p>\n
Since the location was previously home to a retail store, it also will need to be outfitted with all new kitchen equipment and a ventilation system, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n

Seven Sirens guests will be able to order food conveniently from their tables via QR codes, and food will be delivered by servers through an interior walkway connecting the two spaces, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n

A similar ordering system is in place at Seven Sirens\u2019 Blendery location in Easton, where guests can order food from neighboring eateries at the Simon Silk Mill via QR codes on the tables.<\/p>\n
The Bethlehem brewery has welcomed a rotating lineup of food trucks over the past several years, but the food truck visits will cease following the restaurant\u2019s debut, Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis new restaurant will be our exclusive food purveyor,\u201d Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe love our food truck partners, but we were just looking for something more steady that people could order from anytime we\u2019re open. Right now, it can be tough some weeks for the food trucks \u2013 like a couple of weeks ago when it was around 0 degrees.\u201d<\/p>\n
Following the restaurant\u2019s debut, the brewery\u2019s hours will expand to 10 a.m. to midnight daily, except for Sundays, when the brewery will close at 8 or 9 p.m., Serulneck said.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople will be able to come in and have lunch, dinner or a late-night meal until midnight most nights of the week,\u201d Serulneck said.<\/p>\n
Serulneck, a Navy veteran, partnered with Joshua Divers, a seasoned brewmaster, to launch Seven Sirens in February 2020 on the ground floor of a renovated former parking deck at 327 Broadway on Bethlehem\u2019s South Side.<\/p>\n
The building traces its origins to the late 19th century and previously had other uses, including housing retail space and a car dealership, over the ensuing decades.<\/p>\n
Exposed brick walls and other features remain, with the partners having added other industrial elements such as rebar railings, a cement bar top, reclaimed wood accents and large wooden spools repurposed as tables.<\/p>\n

Following the restaurant\u2019s debut, Serulneck and Divers have additional plans for the property that include expanding operations to the building\u2019s rooftop.<\/p>\n
\u201cOnce we get this open and work out all the kinks, we\u2019re focusing on the roof,\u201d Serulneck stated in the online announcement.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ve already got wedding inquiries for the roof, but let\u2019s take this one step at a time\u2026we\u2019ll let you know when we\u2019re booking but hopefully 100% operational for the 2027 wedding season.\u201d<\/p>\n
Last year, Serulneck partnered with father and son Jack and Dino Carlino to open The RiverWalk<\/a>, a full-service restaurant featuring multiple indoor and outdoor bars and dining areas, at 101 Centre St. in Parryville, Carbon County.<\/p>\n The rustic property, located just off Route 248 near the Lehigh River, was the home of Walck’s Family Restaurant for decades and most recently housed Riverwalck Saloon for 15-plus years.<\/p>\n The Carlinos also own and operate The Pizza Joint restaurant on Airport Road in Allentown, and they were originally planning to open a second Pizza Joint location next to Seven Sirens in Bethlehem.
