The lease is signed, all of the permits are done, all of the work is lined up and all of the financing is secured. We\u2019ve already got wedding inquiries for the roof, but let\u2019s take this one step at a time\u2026we\u2019ll let you know when we\u2019re booking but hopefully 100% operational for the 2027 wedding season.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Last year, Serulneck partnered with father and son Jack and Dino Carlino <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wfmz.com\/news\/area\/poconos-coal\/carbon-county\/eat-sip-shop-seven-sirens-brewing-co-the-pizza-joint-owners-join-forces-at-scenic\/article_4992f518-532a-454a-b2c4-18b3f2688593.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">to open The RiverWalk<\/a>, a full-service restaurant featuring multiple indoor and outdoor bars and dining areas, at 101 Centre St. in Parryville, Carbon County.<\/p>\n<p>The rustic property, located just off Route 248 near the Lehigh River, was the home of Walck&#8217;s Family Restaurant for decades and most recently housed Riverwalck Saloon for 15-plus years.<\/p>\n<p>The Carlinos also own and operate The Pizza Joint restaurant on Airport Road in Allentown, and they were originally planning to open a second Pizza Joint location next to Seven Sirens in Bethlehem.
