Local residents were among more than 1,750 students who were named to The University of Scranton\u2019s dean\u2019s list for the 2025 fall semester. The dean\u2019s list recognizes students for academic excellence.<\/p>\n
A student must have a grade-point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the dean\u2019s list.<\/p>\n
The list includes students from the Jesuit university\u2019s College of Arts and Sciences, Kania School of Management and the Leahy College of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n
Students are:<\/p>\n
Brodheadsville: William Warnken, a senior political science major in the University\u2019s College of Arts and Sciences.<\/p>\n
Jim Thorpe: Jack R. Olonovich, a senior mechanical engineering major in the University\u2019s College of Arts and Sciences; Lauren N. Bos, a junior health promotion major in the University\u2019s Leahy College of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n
Kunkletown: Emma A. Fugazzotto, a freshman nursing major in the University\u2019s Leahy College of Health Sciences; Emily A. Frey, a junior occupational therapy major in the University\u2019s Leahy College of Health Sciences.<\/p>\n
Lehighton: Lillian R. Stein, a freshman cybercrime and homeland security major in the University\u2019s College of Arts and Sciences.<\/p>\n
Slatington: Emma E. Schultz, a junior early and primary teacher education major in the University\u2019s College of Arts and Sciences; Matthew S.
