EASTON, Pa. – The first of three District 11 Class 6A basketball contests at Easton Area Middle School featured No. 4 Parkland against No. 5 William Allen.<\/p>\n
Close game in the first half of this one as Parkland\u2019s Javian Porter takes it coast to coast for the jam – one of his two dunks on the day – he finished with 13 points. Trojans up 13-11 after the first quarter.<\/p>\n
Late in the second, Allen works it to Cam Pearsall on the wing, he nails the first of back-to-back threes. Pearsall would score 12 points in the game and it is tied 22-22 at the break.<\/p>\n
The Trojans surge ahead in the third as Jude Ruisch gets it to Nas Adams and back to Ruisch who buries the three from the wing and Parkland leads 35-28 heading into the fourth.<\/p>\n
Chunk Wise trying to bring the Canaries back as he drains it for three of his game-high 17 points but the Trojans move on, 60-50.
