The latest snowstorm is still ongoing, but has already left an impact across the state.<\/p>\n
The National Weather Service<\/a> has tracked snowfall across the state. And the last 24 hours has seen accumulations from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia.<\/p>\n Western Pennsylvania has seen the smallest additional snowfall, with around an inch reported in the greater Pittsburgh area.<\/p>\n Other areas in western Pennsylvania, such as Avonmore or Ford Cliff, has recorded two inches or more of snow. <\/p>\n Moving east, there is around an inch of snow reported near Altoona and 1-2 reported around State College.<\/p>\n Some areas in central Pennsylvania, like Boalsburg, Zion, or Poe Valley State Park, report 4 inches or more.<\/p>\n North-central Pennsylvania looks similar, with 1 inch reported near the New York border near Coudersport or Westfield, and 3 inches in Ulysses.<\/p>\n Reports around the Harrisburg area range from over 5 inches in Mechanicsburg to under 2 in Hershey. <\/p>\n Further south, almost 7 inches were reported in Shrewsbury near the Maryland border, and 3.5 in nearby New Freedom.<\/p>\n The storm dumped more snow to the east, with around 2 inches near Scranton, 2-5 inches in the Poconos and amounts totaling between 4 and 8 inches so far around Allentown.<\/p>\n And the numbers continue to rise as we move southeast, with the Philadelphia region racking up over a foot in many places.<\/p>\n The Philadelphia International Airport reports 13.7 inches of snow so far, and 13.8 inches in Fox Chase, 14 inches in Bensalem and 15 in Levittown. <\/p>\n Further east, Tullytown reports 18 inches, and they\u2019ve reached 21 inches in Morrisville. <\/p>\n Outside of Pennsylvania, the Atlantic coastline has seen nearly two feet of snow in some places, spanning from Delaware to Rhode Island. <\/p>\n And the snow hasn\u2019t finished quite yet, either.<\/p>\n
