The Archbald Winter Carnival provided plenty of fun amid rising temperatures. The event, rescheduled to Feb. 14 from Feb. 7 due to frigid cold, kicked off the borough\u2019s 150th anniversary celebration.<\/p>\n

With the carnival falling on Valentine\u2019s Day, the event featured crafts and activities reflecting the holiday. The winter carnival also included carriage rides, outdoor game stations, crafts set up inside the borough building, fire pits, hot chocolate, s\u2019mores and a touch-a-truck.<\/p>\n
