Carl Metzgar (R-69), comes as a response to out-of-state manufacturers labeling products as Monongahela Rye Whiskey without using unique Pennsylvania ingredients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-4 text-lg md:leading-8 break-words\">Monongahela Rye Whiskey is one of Pennsylvania\u2019s oldest and most popular liquors.
