\"PolicePolice are seeking this woman in connection with thefts from vehicles in Spring Township and cashing fraudulent checks at banks around Berks County. (Crime Alert Berks County)<\/p>\n

Crime Alert Berks County, a citizen crime-fighting group, is offering cash rewards of up to $10,000 to anyone supplying tips that lead to an arrest in this case or any other case or crime.<\/p>\n

Tipsters with crime information can call 877-373-9913 anytime or contact Crime Alert at its website at alertberks.org,<\/a>\u00a0 by downloading the ALERTBERKS app on your mobile device, or by using your mobile phone to text tips to 847411 and typing ALERTBERKS + your tip.<\/p>\n

Offense: Theft, check fraud<\/p>\n

Date: Feb. 4 and 6<\/p>\n

Location: Day care center in Spring Township, several Berks Tompkins Community Bank branches.<\/p>\n

Police account: Bern and Spring township police are seeking assistance identifying a female in a series of thefts, On Feb. 4, a white GMC Acadia, Elevation edition, (no tag displayed) was involved in thefts from vehicles at a day care center. Two days later the same female was spotted in the same vehicle going to Tompkins branches. The female impersonated several victims and cashed $10,400 in fraudulent checks.
