BENSALEM, PA \u2014 Two Philadelphia residents are wanted on active arrest warrants following a traffic stop that led to the discovery of two loaded firearms and suspected marijuana.<\/p>\n
Bensalem Police conducted a traffic stop on Feb. 21, 2026, near Lincoln Highway and Street Road after observing a red Ford Fusion displaying a suspicious temporary registration and committing a traffic violation.<\/p>\n
The driver was identified as Xianni Stallings, 23, of Philadelphia, and the passenger as Nasir Smith, 30, of Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
Officers detected the odor of fresh and burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle during the stop.<\/p>\n
Both occupants stated they did not possess medical marijuana cards.<\/p>\n
Officers observed marijuana packaging and a marijuana cigar inside the vehicle in plain view.<\/p>\n
Consent to search was requested and denied.<\/p>\n
Both subjects were released from the scene, but the vehicle was towed to Bensalem Township Police Headquarters pending a search warrant.<\/p>\n
After a warrant was approved by District Justice Joseph Falcone, a search of the vehicle recovered a loaded Ruger .380 semi-automatic pistol, a loaded Smith & Wesson .40 caliber semi-automatic pistol with an obliterated serial number, approximately 60 packages of suspected marijuana, a digital scale, U.S. currency, a counterfeit temporary registration and additional drug paraphernalia.<\/p>\n
Investigation determined that both Stallings and Smith are prohibited from possessing firearms under Pennsylvania law, and neither possessed a valid license to carry.<\/p>\n
Arrest warrants have been issued charging both individuals with persons not to possess a firearm, possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession with intent to deliver and related offenses.<\/p>\n
Both individuals were provided the opportunity to turn themselves in but have refused.<\/p>\n
