Elizabeth Eshmont, 79, of Scranton, died on Friday at Allied Services, Scranton.<\/p>\n<p>Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late John and Ann Galinus Eshmont. She was a 1964 graduate of Scranton Central High School and graduated from Marywood University with a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Biology in 1968. Prior to retirement, she worked in Market Research for Merck Pharmaceutical in New York City.<\/p>\n<p>Surviving are sister Joan Karbowski; nieces Danielle Palumbo, Vanessa Neuenhaus, and Kristen Morrow; nephew Brad Mason; and several great nieces and nephews.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by a sister, Carole Mason.<\/p>\n<p>A private burial will take place at Lithuanian National Cemetery, Chinchilla.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Lawrence E.
