THE MULTI-STATE EFFORT ALSO INCLUDES CREWS FROM CONNECTICUT. MORE THAN THREE FEET OF SNOW FELL IN RHODE ISLAND BETWEEN SUNDAY AND MONDAY. PENNDOT SAYS IT DID SEND CREWS WITH OVER 30 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT AND OPERATO\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Commercial vehicles not covered by the restrictions must move to the right lane. Additional speed restrictions on other interstates may be added depending on conditions. What PennDOT is doingPennDOT may pretreat some roads with salt brine ahead of the storm in areas without salt residue from previous storms.
