It demonstrates our commitment to aligning academic programs with workforce needs while ensuring our graduates are prepared for meaningful, in-demand careers,\u201d said Chris Gray, Ph.D., Founding President of EC3.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor many aspiring nurses, this program opens doors that previously required them to leave the area or delay their dreams.
