Shapiro\u2019s proposed transfer of $33 million in PTTF interest to the General Fund in next year\u2019s budget <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/pasenategop\/2627budget-penndot-pittman2?share=copy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">does not delay any capital projects<\/a>, proving there is excess money in the fund.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/pasenategop\/2627budget-penndot-pittman3?share=copy\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">growing balance of the Motor License Fund<\/a> was also questioned.
