Bethlehem<\/a> had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Emmanuel Christian Warriors<\/a> 18-6. The Wildcats haven’t had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.<\/p>\n Justin Miller<\/a> and Kason Paul<\/a> were major factors while hitting and pitching. Throwing, Miller tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Paul pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. At the plate, Miller went 3-for-5 with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI, while Paul got on base in three of his five plate appearances with four stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.<\/p>\n They weren’t the only ones making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Kolton Amerson<\/a>, who went 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. Another was Kru Strickland<\/a>, who went 1-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs.<\/p>\n Emmanuel Christian is on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.<\/p>\n Bethlehem has already played their next matchup (against Gadsden County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Emmanuel Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 22-0 defeat against Northside Methodist Academy on the 28th.<\/p>\n
