He was sentenced to 4 to 8 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors say Bautista, wearing a ski mask and gloves, attacked the woman outside Hatfield Village Apartments on April 24, 2025. Surveillance video captured the victim leaving her home around 4:30 a.m. to go to work when she was suddenly kicked in the back and stomach and punched in the face. She suffered a broken nose along with multiple cuts and bruises.<\/p>\n<p>Investigators identified Bautista after executing a search warrant at his home, where they found clothing matching what the attacker wore in the video.
