Photos and a video also show thick smoke in the area.<\/p>\n<p>Fire and Emergency northern fire communications shift manager Lauren Sika said it received multiple calls at 11.46am.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we arrived, we found a two-storey house well involved.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll people are accounted for.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A second alarm was put out, calling for extra crews.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe fire is now contained, and we have three crews, one each from Mount Maunganui, Tauranga and Greerton, completing an overhaul.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-pa\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/260305-House-Fire-1.jpg\" style=\"width: 100%;\"\/>Black smoke can be seen coming from a reported house fire in Bethlehem.
