(WNYT) \u2013 A man from Delmar is accused of having sexual relations with a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Bethlehem Police said Michael S. Landsman, 47, has been charged with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, second-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a minor.<\/p>\n<p>Landsman was arraigned and sent to Albany County Jail without bail.
