Eos will also lease a 432,000-square-foot facility in Marshall Township to add production lines and increase its annual energy storage manufacturing capacity to 8 gigawatt-hours.<\/p>\n<p>Eos, which develops and manufactures aqueous zinc batteries for utility, industrial and commercial power storage, said the expansion underscores its commitment to domestic manufacturing and to advancing energy independence through American-made technology.\n<\/p>\n<p>The company, founded in 2008, currently <a href=\"https:\/\/njbiz.com\/eos-energy-to-expand-manufacturing-facility\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">operates facilities in Turtle Creek, Pa.,<\/a> where it installed a new automated production line in 2024.\n<\/p>\n<p>A loss for NJ<\/p>\n<p>The exit to the Keystone State marks a blow for New Jersey, particularly in spaces such as energy, domestic manufacturing and battery technology.<\/p>\n<p>Pennsylvania Gov.
